Beautiful apartment, much nicer than the photos. Very friendly and helpful host, Luciano Huge lounge, big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen , lovely private outdoor terrace , 2 very clean bathrooms

There is nothing to dislike , it was all perfect

Host was welcoming and explained everything clearly. The apartment is huge, the photos don't even capture how large it is, and very central. Everything was very clean. It was lovely to sit in the garden. The owner also allowed us to store our bags after check out, since we had a late departure. We are really grateful and would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

The showers are quite narrow which may be challenging for very large individuals or those with mobility issues. But they were very clean and everything was fantastic!

Great location for central Lucca and its sites, and local restaurants: excellent fittings throughout the apartment, including the kitchen bathroom and the lounge. Very spacious living area, and nice to have an outside patio/garden. Host Luciano was very helpful with all the information - excellent all round.

Very little, it was an exceptional apartment. Perhaps a WiFI signal in the snug, but not a major issue.

Everything was fabulous. Loved the position of the apartment which was close to the railway station. Facilities were great. The beds and bedding were comfortable and Luciano was very helpful.

Great location, sparkling clean, tons of space. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and Luciano made it very easy to check in and out. He provided very detailed information and local recommendations which were super helpful, even as return visitors. Every amenity was seen to.

Tile floors were a little chilly and there is some distance to the bathrooms - I wish I had brought slippers and a bathrobe!
