el hotel es una casa habitada por el dueño, con la privacidad adecuada de las habitaciones (como si el diseño original fuera para hotel), con areas publicas muy amplias y comodas; el personal es muy amable y preparado, el desayuno es generoso y con productos de muy buena calidad, elaborado en el momento y al gusto del huesped

no identifico algun tema que me disguste, todo estuvo mejor de lo esperado

El hotel cuenta con alrededor de 5 suites grandes, ofrece una tranquilidad única y un servicio por parte del personal a otro nivel. Se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila y a tan solo 3 minutos en taxi al muelle y centro de Cozumel. Volveremos!

The property is beautiful, well kept and very clean. The morning staff was outstanding, friendly and accommodating. The pool was great.

There was a coffee maker in the room. The problem was there was no coffee nor did the coffee maker function properly.
