The equipment in the room is extremely old. The room is much smaller than the declared 12m2, I would guess around 9, including the bathroom. The bed was not perfectly horizontal, so it felt like being on the sea. No wardrobe in the room. The view of the "so-called" garden is just a small area behind the house, used by the family. The bathroom is very small, almost impossible to take a shower there. Smell coming from the kitchen just next to my room. The room was really cold and had no heating. The air conditioning has no remote controller, so I was not even able to check whether there is a heating option. Thank God I only had to spend a few hours there before my flight. And the best - I keep asking for the invoice for one week without success. I asked the lady during my stay, and she promised to send it via email. Then I only received the message "OK, I will send you" many times on Booking.com. Very unprofessional accommodation. Really can't recommend.
