Good was advertised at an additional cost but was not available
ZAZAUpon arrival we were told that the booking could not be accommodated after having been phoned 2 times to confirm the dates and amount of people. This is really disappointing to be treated like this after a long travel day at 19:00 in the evening.

ZAZAThe staff were friendly, the rooms were ok, just a little bit run down - but are kept clean. hot showers, a/c was working properly, so overall it was a decent stay.
Beds are old.. we actually booked another night and the 2nd booking was horrible (Room 12). they need to take the upkeep of their premises seriously.

NLDe bedden waren goed. Maar daar was alles mee gezegd.
De wifi was slecht. Het huisje was niet schoon, zeker niet de kussenslopen en het beddengoed. ‘s Nachts erg lawaaierig en veel licht. ‘s ochtends veel lawaai van andere gasten. De douche was een klein straaltje. En toen we om 17.00 wilden inchecken, was de receptie al dicht en konden we niets meer eten. Het ontbijt wat ik op dat moment heb nagevraagd, zou de hele ochtend open zijn. Toen we om 8.30 wilden ontbijten, kon dat al niet meer.
