Gorgeous setting, quiet, comfortable room and fantastic view overlooking Pinhao.

Friendly and helpful staff. When no taxi can be found to take us to the train station early Sunday morning, the son of the owner drove us. Where else can you find this level of service. Location is exceptional with majestic views of the Douro. This is our second stay here in 3 years.

Limited meal service and going out to eat is not convenient unless you have your own car.

le petit déjeuner imposé à 9h30 sur une table en retrait dans la salle ne bénéficiant pas du meilleur point de vue , les autres tables étant réservé aux dégustations en groupes d'huile et de vins qui commencent à 10h. Dans la mesure ou il n'y a que 2 chambres ce serait sympa de garder 2 petites tables devant le panorama magnifique.

Fantastic location, great staff and well equipped, modern room

Es war ein besonderes Erlebnis hoch über dem Dourotal auf einem Weingut zu wohnen. Wir waren überwältigt von der einmaligen Aussicht und Lage. Das Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile war ideal. Wir haben das Abendessen auf der traumhaft schönen Terrasse bis zum Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und d hilfsbereit. Alles außergewöhnlich gut und sehr empfehlenswert.

Superb location with amazing views. Apartments were clean and beds very comfortable. Pinhao is the perfect location to visit the many Quinta’s and walks in the Douro. Ideally, hire a car to get around but it is possible to get Taxis from the town. It’s about a 30 minute walk. We had some excellent meals within a 15 minute drive. Stayed for four nights.

Was nice to have the breakfast included in the price but it is a continental breakfast.

Wir durften eine der schönsten Gegenden der Welt erleben an einem wundervollen Platz mit Wein-und Olivenöl-Tasting.. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Der wahre Sonnenschein aber war Paula, unser Host. Extrem kompetent hat sie uns den Wanderweg "Passadiços de Ribatua" empfohlen, ein Traum! und war in einer für uns misslichen Lage sehr unterstützend. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor unserem Zimmer, das uns auch mit einem grandiosen Ausblick verwöhnt hat.
