"Poor"

The room was not serviced one while we were there. Although it says that the rooms will be serviced. The fan was not working. They fixed it, but was still not working. They said they their reception was open 24 hours. We left early and could not get our key deposit back as there was no-one at reception.

The pool was nice, especially for the kids - friends to play with. Inna is friendly and accommodating. Guys helping are always with a smile.

The heat - but it is summer.
