Die Lage ist gut und zentrumsnahe .

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Der Ersatz durch einen Ventilator war zwecklos. Wenn es knapp vor Mitternacht im Zimmer eine Temperatur von 30 Grad Celsius sind Schlaf und Erholung praktisch nicht möglich. Auch der telefonische Anruf beim Vermieter war zwecklos.

Tolles Appartement und super tolle Lage! Beim Aufstehen stieg einem schon der Geruch von den frisch gebackenen Croissants vom Café unterhalb in die Nase! Sie schmeckten auch so gut! Herrlich!

Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und es wurde zwar ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt, aber es war trotzdem sehr heiß unter dem Dach! Ich hoffe für die nächsten Gäste, dass dies bald behoben ist.

Prenotazione effettuata con oltre una settimana di anticipo per due persone in trasferta di lavoro. All’arrivo ci è stato comunicato che l’aria condizionata era guasta da almeno tre giorni. Nessuno si è preoccupato di avvisarci prima, nonostante avessero tutto il tempo per farlo, né di proporre una sistemazione alternativa o una soluzione al problema. Con circa 30°C a Udine, i nostri ospiti hanno trascorso una notte praticamente senza dormire a causa del caldo. Un guasto può capitare; ciò che non è accettabile è non informare i clienti e lasciarli arrivare senza alcuna possibilità di scegliere un’alternativa. Servizio e gestione della situazione decisamente deludenti.
