"war nur für 1 Nacht sonst ganz ok"

nette Zimmer Bad sollte man wieder renovieren

Klimaanlage defekt deshalb musste man das Fenster öffnen leider kam um 3:00 morgens die Müllabfuhr

Ho chiesto 4 volte prima di partire come fare per parcheggiare, ma non ho avuto risposta Nella struttura non forniscono asciugamani per il bidet Non viene rassettata la stanza per soggiorni di due notti (non ho trovato da nessuna parte questa postilla) All'arrivo c'era un capello lunghissimo sul vaso nel bagno Ho chiesto inutilmente via messaggio la fattura per 2 volte, sempre senza risposta

Freundliche Bedienung im Café, sehr fleißig bei schlechten Arbeitsbedingungen

Klimaanlage kaputt ohne Info vorab, keine Kulanz und keine verantwortliche Person deshalb ansprechbar, Extrem stickige Temperatur im Zimmer auch bei geöffnetem Fenster. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, wo zweimal nachts die Müllabfuhr kam und LKW‘s ab 05:30 Uhr im 5 Minutentakt durchfuhren.

The location is very central. The rooms are fantastic. The breakfast is simple but tasty. A great location to explore Udine and experience the nightlife without having to get on a bus or take a taxi. The centre is within 5 min walking distance.

The hotel is on a street that has traffic and can be loud at night from cleaning services. Otherwise a great location and a comfortable stay.
