-Marco is a great host -the location is perfect to explore Siracusa -the appartment is new and well equiped

The location is second to none. You won't find better in Ortigia. Literally ground zero to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had every amenity you could want. Marco was a most gracious host and was very accommodating and we met Andrea who was just as friendly, courteous, and professional.

The noise coming from the courtyard next to the unit at times was unbearable. Little kids and people screaming and yelling, scooters coming and going at all hours of the day and people putting empty glass bottles into a recycling bin at 1am was a little much. I know it's has nothing to do with the unit itself, but it was hard to sleep. The good outweighed the bad

Great communication with host. Amazing location, right by the main square. Space was larger than I expected. Washing machine was great to have!

It was beautifully renovated place and very close to the Duomo. It was very clean and spacious. The host was nice. We really enjoyed staying there.

There was no shampoo or body wash. We had to buy them ourselves. We used the washer but we couldn’t find drying rack for the laundry.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Ortigia, just a 2-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and Piazza Archimede with its iconic Fontana di Diana. This prime location makes it easy to explore the historic center and its many attractions. Additionally, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of dining and shopping options right at your doorstep. The apartment itself is very spacious and recently renovated with a stylish, modern design. It features an open kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you might need. The living room is cozy and includes a sofa bed and an LCD TV. The bedroom is generously sized, complete with a large wardrobe for storage, and an LCD TV. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the warmer or colder months. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully decorated in a modern style, adding to the overall comfort and appeal of the apartment. Additionally, the apartment includes a washing machine, which is a very convenient feature for longer stays. Overall, this apartment offers an excellent combination of location, space, modern amenities, and easy access to local shops and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Ortigia. Highly recommended!

Although the windows and frames are recently upgraded and appear to be of good quality, some noise from the street can still be heard. Better soundproofing for the windows could enhance the overall comfort, but this doesn’t take away from the great location and charm of the apartment.

Nothing to complain

Our stay was great. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. There are plenty of extra pillows, which we really appreciated. Marco, the host was available at all times. We had a couple of doubts, and he immediately helped us. Excellent location, just a few steps from Plaza Del duomo and many bars and restaurants.

The flat had a bit of a damp smell when you entered.
