The apartment is completely new and extremely clean. Marco was very kind and helped us with early check in, since we arrived very early to Ortigia. The location is the cherry on the top, of this apartment. It is just a few steps from the Piazza Duomo. Near by is full of bars, restaurants and different shops.

I had a wonderful stay in Ortigia with my family (2 adults, 2 kids). The accommodation was perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better, allowing us to explore the area easily. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. A special mention goes to our host, Marco, who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his hospitality. Without a doubt, I would stay here again on our next visit to Ortigia! Living Room: Since we visited during the hot summer, air conditioning was essential, and it worked perfectly. The sofa bed was easy to fold and unfold, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The washing machine was also available. It had a drying function as well, making it easy to dry clothes. The living room was more spacious than we expected from the photos. The host's attention to detail really stood out, as there were portable adapters provided for charging our phones, as well as a parasol and a single sunbed for the beach. Kitchen: The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and tableware, all of which were spotless. The large refrigerator, microwave, oven, and induction stove made cooking convenient, and the nearby supermarket added to the ease. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom had an additional air conditioner, keeping it cool, and everything—from the bed to the drawers—was clean and well-maintained. An iron and ironing board were available, which was very useful, and there were plenty of towels provided. Bathroom: The bathroom was immaculate, with perfect water pressure in both the toilet and the shower.

Beautiful apartments in the heart of Syracuse. You will feel like a real Syracusan. Everything you need is available. Charming and helpful owner Marco. Easily found Street noise will only be about 15 minutes each evening. But it is part of the local identity.

Great location, Marco super helpful and accommodating.

Location is great, apartment is big, you have everything you need. We only stayed one night, but you can easily use it for a week. Lots of restaurants just across the entrance, staff was nice, check-in fast.
