The property is truly the closest you can get to Adams Peak before climbing a single stair, room had everything we needed, the mosquito net was great, there was no need for fan because the area is cold anyway, bed was comfy. Host was truly amazing and accomodating, we did not bring our own flashlights and he provided us with a big light and portable black tea that stayed warm and didn't spill in backpack. The dinner was lovely, the portion was huge. We also got offered Coca Cola which we recommend to take with you onto Adams Peak for energy. We really appreciate the tips and advice the host gave us, he was an expert, he woke us up and prepared us and he did all this while renovating the hotel.

It was probably because we were there during off season, but we could not figure out how to shower with hot water, otherwise it was absolutely amazing! :)

Very close to Adam’s Peak. The host was very friendly, showed us around and told us a lot about Sri Lanka and the area around. We had very good local dinner and breakfast. He also arranged a driver from and to Hatton for a very good price, wohl picked us up at the train station.

One of the most friendly and attentive host we've ever met at a Homestay. Always around to offer advice and answer any questions you may have. Even sent us up the mountain with a packed breakfast so we could have it on the trail. Perfect location for adams peak. Ended up having all of our meals at the homestay which were super delicious and great portion size. Comfy bed and clean room.

Very nice Host and great location. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and you can have nice hot shower. It’s the best place to start your journey to Shri Pada (Adams peak). Absolutely great food and service there. Very nice family which looked after us. This was definitely the best accommodation in Sri Lanka so far. Highly recommend 😊

Great location if you want to go to Adam’s peak. The owner is really kind, we also got dinner and it was really nice.

The sheets on the bed were not really clean.

Location is right at the trailhead of Adam's peak. King size bed is comfort to sleep in, pillow is comfortable and thick blanket provided. Basically you sleep with the sound of stream right infront of the lodge. Mosquitoes net provided. There is also water heater and toilet roll provided. Breakfast is tasty and homely. Host is helpful and always with a smile. We requested for hot coffee and instant noodles after our hike and he prepared for us, it's late night! Thank you! Highly recommend for anyone coming to Adam's peak!

Towels are not water absorbent. Electricity trip if water heater is on for long in our room, which the host has informed us earlier. We manage it with 5 mins rule, on and off with interval every 5 mins. USD/LKR rate slightly higher but we totally understand for this far off place with limited access.

Very nice host, location literally could not be closer to the start of the Adams peak hike. Very nice breakfast and gave us a kettle of tea and a big flashlight to use on the hike. Great value for money and perfect for hiking Adams peak!
