The property was very nice and situated in a beautiful location by a river. The host was incredibly accommodating and helped me a great deal on the trip. I highly recommend staying here if you’re planning on climbing Sri Pada since it’s so close to the trail.

The place has exceeded our expectations. It is very convenient if you want to climb Sri Pada (situated just where the trail starts). The owner is very communicative and helpful. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. It's all you need before and after the climbing: a clean room, a bed to rest and a place to have a shower. The breakfast was simple but tasty and sufficient.

Perfect location for Adam's Peak as it is right at the start of the trail. Breakfast was great, and we also had an excellent dinner here.

Very basic but sufficient for one or two nights. The owner is so sweet and works really hard to make sure his guests are comfortable. He has a restaurant next to the homestay. Hot showers and close to the start of the climb for Adam's Peak. After our sunrise hike, he made us a delicious breakfast. He also arranged a tuktuk for us (at a reasonable price) to take us to Hatton station because we had a very early train to catch. Make sure you have earplugs as you can hear everything through the walls. Some downsides: there's not really a relaxing place to hang out outside of the room and our dinner the first night was cold. If you're looking for more luxury and a nice view, I'd recommend staying in one of the places on the edge of town.
