"Scammed by cheap price but was called last minute for full payment"

I got the accommodation for £2 as this was the price on the website. On the day the receptionist called me to say if I don’t pay 35JOD I won’t get the room. Given that it was already booked and confirmed I should’ve gotten the room. Either way I had to book another room in another hotel while on my flight as they rang a few hours before my arrival.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at Madison Hotel in Amman! The service was beyond amazing—professional, friendly, and extremely convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making for a perfect start to each day. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Madison Hotel to anyone visiting Amman and will definitely be back!

"Relaxing in Amman - the perfect spot for planning day trips to Petra, Wadi Rum, the River Jordan"

I was offered a room upgrade at the Madison Hotel, which I appreciated. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, telling me not to hesitate to ask for anything. The hotel is good value-for-money, being centrally located, I could walk to many shops and restaurants. Strong Wi-Fi and hot water in the shower. Tea and a kettle is provided.

A few of the fixtures in the room are starting to get a bit old. The TV could be larger and newer.
