Outstanding hotel with extremely helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Excelent price quality relation. Vforery rich breakfast. The staff made me feel at home and helped me a lot with organizing my stay in Amman. They even organized for me watching the champions league match. I apreciate very much their greast customer service! Next time in Amman i will stay for sure at Madison hotel again!

Everything was perfect!

It was my third time staying and certainly won't be the last. I was greeted by staff on first name terms, and immediately informed that I was being upgraded. They offered a complimentary coffee and enquired what time my flight was the next day. As it was late they told me I will receive a late checkout. There are many reasons I have returned to this hotel 3 times, and I will certainly be back.

Perfect stay. Great location, great hotel, great staff, with free upgrades! I was so impressed on my first stay I chose to stay again at this hotel. When I needed to attend an urgent remote meeting, there was no issue about a late check out From start to finish everything was perfect, and I will be back.

Having booked last minute, I thought I would go and leave my bag with the Hotel until I could check in. Not only was the room available but they gave a complementary upgrade. When I wanted to connect to the internet several.staff members all jumped at once to help. Great hotel, even better staff. Will definitely return.
