Overall was really good!!

The unit was nice and clean. The view was nice. It had everything we needed.

There was a funny smell (like a blocked drain smell) in the complex, especially at the entrance where the car parked. Also the pillows were a bit hard in the bedroom. Maybe one soft and one hard pillow per person?

The host, Annelie, was excellent. She was proactive with communication, messaging us in advance, and made the check-in process smooth. The unit itself is very spacious, and we particularly appreciated the large bathroom. Practicalities were also covered well: the WiFi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, including a large fridge which is often missing in these types of units.

Unfortunately, the maintenance and cleaning standards did not match the service. • Hygiene: The cleaning checklist was definitely missed in the bathroom. We found a hair tie wrapped in clumps of hair left by a previous guest on the shower mixer handle. This made the whole unit feel unclean. • Air Conditioning: The AC unit was non-functional. Despite trying every mode and setting, it blew no cold air. Given the high humidity in December, this made the room very uncomfortable. • Maintenance: The side door leading to the outside area jams tightly into the door frame. Because the AC was broken, we had to open this door for airflow, but it was a daily struggle to force it open and closed.

Clean and loved the view
