"Not worth the money."

Close to train, walking 5 minutes. Simple instructions for entering property.

Cramped space, no toiletries. The bed was worn out, way to soft sinking in the middle. Toilet seat came apart first time using, notified property immediately, response thanked us for letting them know but no one came to fix. Bathroom smelled like urine.

"Updated apartment with ample space"

Updated/modern feel in the apartment. Good amount of space for a party of 5. We were able to drop off luggage before check in which was convenient. Liked having a kitchen and a washing machine.

"The best place to stay in La Spezia"

The apartment is great. It has everything that you need, even a laundry machine that helped us heaps during our stay. We would definitely go back if we're ever again in La Spezia. The instructions to get into the apartment and get the key from the little safe were easy and simple. Finally, is so well located, close to restaurants, shops and a couple of minutes away from the coast.

Nothing. Truly, it was amazing.
