Superb location and beautiful room . Breakfast was outstanding.

Nothing but we didn't have our own transport so we needed a taxi (expensive) to get there from Orvieto. If you have a car, it's perfect!

"Good location for a short stay"

Lovely decor, Good location, short drive to Orvieto city, lovely countryside views and nice to have a small pool to get into to cool down.

Owner’s daughter(?) had friends over for the weekend so it felt like we were crashing someone’s pool party and didn’t really felt like a place to relax. They were smoking and drinking in the pool which I didn’t appreciate. By no means they were rude to us or anything, but I just don’t think it’s ok to charge people quite a lot of money, but treat it as your own party grounds. Totally personal choice, but I found mattress way too soft and I wasn’t able to sleep at all for two nights.

Très joli endroit pour découvrir Orvieto. Confortable, à cinq minutes en voiture du centre historique. Petite piscine très agréable pour un moment de farniente. Bon petit déjeuner. Calme.
