The apartment was just beautiful and very spacious, modern, clean and then the amazingly detailed ceiling which was a masterpiece in itself. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you Giuseppe for being so helpful and very attentive, with great advice about the city.

The bed was comfy but needs updating with some new linen.

Excellent access to city and main streets with night life. Giuseppe was excellent with interesting advices about food, local events and hints for quests. We like it and come back for sure. Apartment is restored equiped with everything.

The property is beautiful and in the best location if you want to visit and be in the city centre. The property has everything you may need in the kitchen and the ceilings are high and antique. You have a lot restaurants and cafes around the property.you can do everything on foot.

We had a great week in Catania. The apartment is in a great location, right in the center, but still quiet due to the side street. From here you can easily reach all of Catania's sights on foot or by train or bus. The airport shuttle station is 5 minutes away from the apartment. Our host was helpful and kind. He left us a few welcome gifts and was always available via WhatsApp. He even sent us a few videos about general information as well as about the sights of Catania and restaurant tips. The key handover was very easy via key box. A very nice accommodation for a city trip, was completely cleaned after three days, new bed linen and towels. So we totally recommend it.

The property is exactly what we wanted...and what we expected. It was modern and clean, but that's easy. What it had was real character...fabulous high ceilings, the loft-style bedroom, and it was in the middle of real downtown Catania. So it's a quick walk to the local market, the bus is at the end of the street - and there's not a single "pizza and pasta" tourist joint within cooee! An easy walk or bus to everywhere, but you may never want to venture away from home!

There are stairs and no lift...only a couple of flights, but be prepared. If that puts you off...maybe Italy isn't your thing!

Everything perfect. If you read this you can stop searching any further; just book and you will certainly not regret. Very spacious apt, smack in the center, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, Giovanni was extremely helpful, replies quickly and had prepared fruits, arrancini and something to drink for my arrival. Will book this place again without hesitation if coming back to Catania.

Thinking for hours but can't make up anything.

The apartment was impressive, old features and new arrangements, with all the facilities and a great location near the main street. The host was very nice, giving us all the information to manage around the city.

Nothing to dislike, neither of the apartment or the host.
