The staff at reception were drinking when we arrived. Music was playing super loud like it was a night club. The staff were extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and downright rude. Unacceptable!! Thabo refused to call his manager, and was unwilling to assist.

We asked for our breakfast to be packaged on our second day, they really packed it well & the food was enough for all of us.

The rooms are not exactly as they are on the pictures. The cupboards are extremely old & and there are no showers as indicated in the pictures. The bathroom in the family room is too small & has only a bath tub, which I found impractical since the room takes 4 people. They provide an iron but no ironing board, we had to use the bed.

The bathrooms inside the rooms need to be renovated. They looked old and rusty. The breakfast buffet also need to be improved to include a variety of foods.
