Kuruman Lodge

Ice cold fridge. Fresh toilet paper.

Room ceiling needing replacement. Blocked shower drain - runs very slowly whilst using it. No place to put your extra toiletries. No milk for coffee. TV shows / options are not working. Some lights are not working in room 8. None functional soap dispenser in the shower that looked dirty. Breakfast variety on par BUT limited quantity available and waiting long for top-up.

The location was convenient. The grounds were spacious.

After a long day in a hot car with 3 under 11s, we were very disappointed to find that the pool was so filthy that it was beyond use. The strong featuring on the pool on adverts was the main reason we chose Kuruman Lodge and not nearby alternatives, and it was something our kids were looking forward to. Tears were shed by some of our younger members when they could use the pool. Not only was the inside of the pool filthy, but there had clearly been a party around the pool which had not been cleaned up. Compared to the other hotel we used in the district, Kuruman lodge was badly overpriced.

Cold water, ants in the room, not well maintained. Sheets were brown or beige

The staff were great especially the ladies who were cleaning our room.

Breakfast service is scheduled from 07:00 to 10:00. Upon our arrival at 09:00, we observed that all food items had been removed from the serving area. This necessitated a waiting period of approximately one hour before our meal was provided, and the inability to self-serve presented a notable inconvenience.

Location was great. Easy to to find.

Was bitten by bed bugs on both legs quiet badly. The sheets didn't look clean. The smell in bathroom of the drains was also bad. There were no towels in the room. We had to go ask for them to receive them.

Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct. Chambre bien équipée.

Un groupe de personnes visiblement extérieures à l'établissement ont envahi l'espace piscine avec alcool, détritus, musique jusqu'à tard etc....
