Catlins area accommodation

Large spacious rooms. Clean with nice decor. Location close to shops and nearby tourist destinations. Friendly locals.

Bedroom curtains could have been thicker. There is a street light the shines through into the front bedroom at night.

Great shower and comfortable bed. The basics were clean, toilet basin etc.

Curtains have dirty marks. Walls needed wiped down. Overall first impression and presentation was bad. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell. We noticed room was dampish. No proper seating apart from bed to sit on.

Really great location and comfortable room.

There is like no sound proofing and you can easily hear the next room.

Lovely clean comfortable unit in centre of Owaka

Only a mircowave for cooking & no suitable dishes to use in it. Limited places to eat in Owaka Even though the unit appears fairly new it had poor sound proofing. We could hear our neighbours talking. Unfortunately the unit above us the people where walking about & talking until the early hours

Remote and quiet.

Bathroom flooded by shower, heater not working.

The studio was basically like a reasonable sized motel room. Not big but had all we needed for a couple of nights. Nicely presented and the town is in a good location to cruise around the Catlins. The guy across the road in the shop is very helpful with suggested site seeing.

Cooking options limited to a microwave but the cafe up the road is good.

Het was best gehorig met een snurkende boven buurman. Jammer dat alle horeca in de directe omgeving deze dinsdagavond dicht was.
