"Clean accommodation with comfy beds but thin walls."

Handy location to access the things we wanted to see and do in the Catlins. The property was clean and compact. The beds were comfortable

There was a lot of condensation in the property. The walls were thin and we could hear the people in the front property showering, cooking etc. Fortunately they went to bed early and didn't disturb us in the night. The upstairs property was empty and from previous comments this was a good thing. Bit of a strange town. Limited food choices as eateries could be open one day then closed the next

"Great spot to stop"

Clean & tidy with good off road parking. Good communication and easy to access. Need to be aware that in mid January the 4 Square closes at 7pm & not many eateries are available. Dane at the Country Store was extremely helpful with advice of what to see & do in the local area. This shop is opposite the accomodation.

Pillows weren't the best, pretty thin and the room we booked was smal but ok.

No sound proofing between rooms. Could hear conversation from rooms upstairs, loud foot steps etc..
