Hotel Florida

The staff where very nice and polite and were able to answer all our questions and helped us whenever we needed. Th food good, the hotel room was clean and the kids loved hanging out at the pool. We were at walking distance from the city center and were happy that we were able to avoid taking the car. Overall it was a very nice experience.

I think the breakfast can be improved. The eggs werent very good. There was a lot of choice but I found the quality of the salty buffet was lacking. I know that italians dont eat a big breakfast and keep it light and sweet. But for tourists who are used to having a big breakfast it could be improved.

Great location. It's a 20 minute walk into sorrento but a beautiful one. Service was great.

El alojamiento es perfecto sólo un poco retirado del centro, unos 20 min a pie

No recomiendo este hotel. Mi estadía en el Hotel Florida no cumplió con mis expectativas. El servicio y la atención fueron muy deficientes: nunca colocaron toallas en la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y el restaurante cerraba antes de las 10 pm sin ofrecer alternativas ni sugerencias para cenar. Lamentablemente, la experiencia fue muy negativa y no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Very comfortable and clean. The lemon grove was a beautiful place to relax away from the crowds of Sorrento in peak season.

Lovely, family feel to the hotel. Casual & everything you need. Staff are a credit to the place, and friday pizza night is great fun with tasty pizza options.

Breakfast & Coffee should be better, not bad, but just not great.
