Staff was very helpful.

The pool and garden area was gorgeous Breakfast was fresh and plentiful The staff were pleasant and helpful

Lovely family run hotel. All staff were friendly and reception desk staff in particular full of recommendations and advice. Everywhere was spotless. The grounds and pool area were so pretty and there was a lovely chilled bar area, great for a night cap after a busy day exploring.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a bonus.

Clean, precise, friendly

The pool was great and the room was clean and good size, the shower was great. The reception stuff were very friendly and welcoming. The free parking was also great for us.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Very poor selection and not fresh. The location of the hotel is such that it takes quite a while to get to the city center. About 15-20 minutes. The pillows on the bed were very hard and no selection of other pillows was available.

Continental style breakfast that was excellent

Kettle in the room with tea/coffee facilities in room would have been nice

The location was perfect, 20 minute walk to the beach and to the center , also the bus and train station near by

Nothing, everything was fine

Staff attention was awesome they were really attentive and supportive with me, specially Malena was to close and give us an incredible help and support with her recommendations. We will definitely go back to sorrento with this hotel. Additionally all staff including receptionist, clean staff and cookers were so good.
