"Secure & convenient"

Perfect WiFi, very secure & very handy for the shopping mall next door

Family was split on different floors when we requested rooms next to each other, key cards were erratic & had to be re-coded several times & security staff were following too closely, hunting for tips, they were dressed in suits & I felt like the president being escorted by the Secret Service

Breakfast was delicious, lots of varieties to choose from. Cuppucino was well decorated, i was impressed.

The staff are very friendly.

When using the shower, the water started flowing out to the toilet. This was very unpleasant it became irritating when several staff would follow and ask what room number we were in. It feels like you are doing something wrong when you are paying for your stay. Especially when going to the pool area and dining.
