INNCITY HOTEL

Great location as it was very accessible. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were originally assigned a 4th floor room but thru their own initiative, they gave us a 2nd floor room so my senior mom won't have a hard time. Gave us a 3-bed room in our first night as no 2-bed room was available yet at the 2nd floor. We were switched to the 2-bed room the next day. The rooms were spacious and comfy and clean. Ang sarap lang matulog! We didn't want to leave the room!

No elevator so next time we really need to specify to reserve a 2nd floor room

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly & did their best to be helpful

The fact that I could not make two international calls immediately to report that both my debit cards had been stolen close to the hotel.

Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise war dieses Hotel ideal. Sehr nah am Zentrum gelegen, konnte ich zu Fuss die Kirche und das Stadtmuseum besichtigen. Erst seit drei Jahren in Betrieb, ist die Ausstattung ausgezeichnet: einfach und gepflegt, das Restaurant fürs Frühstück ist auch sehr angenehm.

Mich hat das nicht gestört, aber man sollte wissen, dass das Hotel keinen Lift hat. (Koffer werden einem natürlich hochgetragen.)

Location

The toilet bowl was broken and was reported right when we first got there. The staff sent someone to try to fix it but couldn’t. Was informed that it will be reported to their Maintenance department and that someone would come by to fix it. No one ever did and I did bring it back to the attention of the staff but still no one showed up to get it fixed. Also, the WiFi was bad at best as it was awfully slow and keeps hanging.
