I booked this place for a weekend and location is good because it’s close to Mandir, view points and markers, but besides these factors the hotel is awful. Getting thru the crowds in the car is possible only early but that is a very challenging to drivers, at night/evening no car access and I had to take my luggage on foot for about 10 min to nearest auto. The hotel is beyond bad, it’s dirty, smells of bug spray chemicals, room had dirty floors, sheets that were gray and stained, and towels gray and ripped. I was shocked. When I asked the sheets to be changed in front of me, they still put on same gray and stained sheets. Also,as they were changing sheets in front of me, the mattress was so dirty and stained. Awful! I compromised to stay but the manager kept telling me “you booked an economy room” like that is an excuse for such conditions. It’s a shame that no respect for guests. The manager didn’t let me use a WiFi password because I wanted to leave immediately and asked me to pay for the room if I wanted to use password. I agreed to stay but went to look for another place and luckily I found it. When I returned I told the manger I was leaving and he was surprised why… I also asked for auto and he lied that it was coming because at that time there was no access to the hotel by any auto. I had paid for 1 night and had to log my luggages to an auto outside of the market. For a tourist that comes from far away to support India and Indian tourism, it’s sad. Also, I have realized that on every corner people use people, tourist and ask for money and over charge. I get it, everyone has to eat… but keep it honest India!

Location very congested. Room very small. Rate very very high compared to other hotel in vicinity. I could get better room in less price than yours.

There is no restaurant at the hotel but lots of places nearby to eat. The location is very good - close to the ferry boat to Swami Vivekanand Rock and Triveni Sangam
