Good Value for money, The staff is very helpful, and the Location is Perfect.

We lived in a Family suit , The mattress is a bit old and worn out. So the sleep was not very comfortable. Time for a new one.

Prompt room service, where applicable.

Bedsheets were dirty. Old and worn out towels.

Mattress was age old corner were buldging. Only good thing was location." Room was with very bad smell like termite smell can’t breathe and cupboards are with termites and bathroom exhaust is facing towards the room , the hotel is asking for prepayment so that no one see the room , and we paid 4500 totally waste, worst experience we had we vacated immediately next day early morning as we don’t find any other hotels night . The shower does not have hot water. It is only available in the tap to fill a bucket. Secondly, the vanity seat has a missing bottom part on one of the 4 legs. So, it is unstable as to move on it.
