Location was very good, air conditionier worked well, for us it was not the problem but keep in mind narrow stairs, that not everybody can climb. Easy to find

Only 1 thing we didn’t like was small fridge, especialy when it is so hot, you can not put drinks in the fridge and the freezer part was not freezing so we found our ice melted. Also to add bigger mirror would be nice for future
