Perla Azzurra

The apartment is just 750 meters from Stazione Centrale, 95100 Catania CT, Italy, and within walking distance from the station. The apartment has a unique layout with two levels: the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and kitchen, while the bedroom is upstairs. There is also a bed in the living room. The host lady is wonderful and helped us with everything we needed, providing all the information for sightseeing and visits. She even gifted us the refrigerator magnets.

We didn't like the apartment's surroundings. It felt like living in a small, crowded community, and the next door was a connecting corridor, which made it very noisy. Additionally, there was a water motor just outside the apartment that was noisy all day and night, which was quite annoying. The apartment is old and might seem a bit dirty, but it is actually clean. Another downside is the lack of ventilation, requiring you to keep the AC running all the time. The bathroom should have an exhaust, but in fact, there isn't one.

The location was great and the room was clean. The host gave us all the required info for the access and was very considered to provide water, coffee. The neighborhood is very quite and we haven't any difficulty to park quite close to our building!

The outer door of the building could be locked but that wasn't the case for our appartment.

Location is great, near to shops, bus and railway station, 10 min walk to city center. The host was amazing, we were communicating freely, she gave all the details how to get to the apartment and left for us a present. It was very nice of her. She let us check in even earlier than we expect. I really reccomend this place!

Sometimes neighbors were loud, but this is Italy 😀

Nice compact space. Very comfortable. Host really helped get us in earlier.

Overall everything is excelent, the host was very take care everything in a house and we have a good stay.
