The host gave us a discount because we went from initial 4-bed booking to 6-bed dorm. Big shopping mall next door. Host booked us our bus tickets the following day with hotel pick-up. Dorm beds are larger than usual, two people can fit on some. Bedding and towels were clean.

We booked two beds in a 4-bed dorm which apparently doesn't exist so we ended up in a 6-bed dorm. Fourth floor in a fairly narrow staircase, no elevator. The floors were not clean. There are several areas in the place that look abandoned or just not taken care of which makes the place look really scruffy. Poor ventilation in the hotel especially in the bathrooms which weren't dirty but constantly wet so if your dorm-mate doesn't understand how to use a doormat, you'll get an even dirtier dorm floor. 15/20 mins walk from the actual city center, bars and restaurants.

I booked a bed in the 4-bed dorm room. Noone reached out to me, but I did not think of anything. On the day of arrival I wrote them that I will arrive at midnight, no response came. I took a Grab there and unfortunately noone waited for me to check me in. It was very uncomfortable, as I accidentally opened in 2 other peoples rooms, because in one the key was hanging outside and thought maybe it's mine, and the other room only had a curtain and looked like an open living room.. No idea, it was very unpleasant to bother others so late. With the help of those people we reached the host, who told me i should go to 4th floor. There was only one room, so i went in. Looked nothing like the one i booked. There are 6 beds instead of 4 and its obvious that only 4 were in before, because they only had 4 lockers. The upper bed has not much space because of the ceiling so there is barely space to sit up. It was also very hot, i don't know anymore if there was an AC at all, only remember 2 fans. Something did not feel right, I had a bad feeling. Then i got a call from her that i should go down, where a person greeted me - who was obviously not working there, but in the restaurant at the corner (he had a tshirt on with the name of the place), and he took me again to the same room, photographed my passport, but he had to search for the free bed and had no key to the room or to the lockers. I was very unsatisfied so i told him I leave. He told me i can stay for free because it is very late. I stayed for 30 mins more till i found something else and left. It is very unpleasant to arrive somewhere alone late and such a situatuon occours, and not even the room looks like the one i booked. It is not a solution to let someone stay for free..

Good location. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Clean. Friendly family.

In the center of city

Private bathroom but we have to go outside our room. This makes me feel uncomfortable. No parking area for motorbike, we just leave our motobike on the side of the road. Room quite small for 2 people. We came to check in a little bit early however we left our bags and came back to check in at 2pm. However water was not filled yet. Also, I requested setting up iron upon check in. But I had to remind staff twice to have iron. This is the first time I stay here but I feel uncomfortable and disappointed

The dorm bed I was given is located on the fourth floor, forcing me to climb stairs constantly due to the absence of an elevator, and the fact that there is no dining facility available only adds to the inconvenience.
