When I came to check in after a long exhausting day of travelling, the hotel staff gave me a room with PUBLIC bathroom, while in the room description, it is clearly said that the bathroom is private. I was so tired and sad to find it out. The owner told me that the bathroom is actually private, because it is only me who will use it. BUT how come a private bathroom can be outside of the room, in the open access to anyone from 3 floors of a fully booked homestay that also has a dorm?? Anyone can enter such a bathroom, so I couldn`t leave there any of my toiletries, I had to walk through the corridor to the other side of the floor to reach this "private" bathroom. I tried to argue with the owner, but the only thing they could do was change my room on the second day of my stay to the one that I actually booked. That`s why I don`t give them 1 star. Still, the attitude to the customers is bad. The owner must write the truth in the room description - I wouldn`t book a place with a public bathroom if I knew. The mattresses are very hard, room is pretty small. Drinking water that they proved - I`m not sure if drinkable, it can be sink water boiled and put in the refilling bottles, so I had to buy my own water for my safety

- The entrance door is narrow; It's difficult to find. - The receptionist sometimes is absent, so coming guests have to wait shortly.

Very spacious room with double bunk beds. Very good value for what you’d get.

The motorbikes for rent are really beat up.

The hosts (receptionists, staff & cleaning staff) were all very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Did laundry at a very reasonable price and received it the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were eager to help and brought us cold drinks upon arrival. The room has a nice window and comfortable bed. The upstairs terrace was fairly nice. Kitchen is well stocked. They did our dishes for us.

We booked a room with a “private bathroom” but had to walk pasts other guests’ rooms to get to it. We also expected a “minibar” with our room. Instead, the only fridge for us to use was 2 flights of stairs down and was already filled to the brim with food. We expected easy use of the kitchen but there was almost always a staff person in there cooking. My partner likes to cook but staff would always intervene and micromanage him every time he used the kitchen. The place is also quite noisy (you can hear beeping horns all night and other guests in the morning).

The bed is really comfy and the windows are large and nice.
