The best part of staying here was the staff - Yuna and Nuri. Yuna deserves a promotion and a raise! She helped check me in, gave me a quiet room as requested and helped me with multiple issues. From looking for a cobbler for my split shoes to helping me order something online, to recommending me places I was keen on, Yuna was so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me. I really appreciate her and Nuri too for helping me with my shoes issue. Nuri helped to call the cobbler when he bailed. Room was clean and had lots of amenities.

Room cleaning was not done well. I stayed 4 nights and opted for full cleaning. The staff placed the heavy quilt and pillows on top of my paper bags and stuff on the table. When I returned to the room after cleaning, there was still trash in the room and I had to call reception to clear it. The TV remote and my case which was on the table was found on the floor. Cleaning crew should be careful of guests' belongings and at least pick them up if they drop while cleaning.

Good location, 5 minutes to City Hall station and could walk to Myeongdong within 10-15 minutes. There are also many restaurants around this area. The staff are very friendly with fluent English, special thanks to Nuri who served us at beginning and the end, she gave us very clear and thoughtful check-in introduction, and always greeted us with big smile. The other staff (a male and a female staff) we met also very friendly and helpful.

Clean and location

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour ce déplacer en bus ou en métro.nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis par Naru et Dustin. C’est un hôtel convivial.

Il nous manquait juste le petit dejeuner bien qu'il y a tout autour des restaurants et cafétérias.

Location , the staff, comfy rooms. Clean and amenities.
