אהבנו הכל וארוחות הבוקר והערב היפניות מפנקות ועשירות במיוחד! האונסנים יפים והכל מאד נקי חווינו גם רעידת אדמה מדרגה 6 ואנו מעידים שהמלון עמיד וחוץ מהתנודות פשוט לא קאה כלום. החדר שרד בשלמותו אפילו בלי הפסקת חשמל להפתעתנו

לצוות היה קשה עם האנגלית למרות שמאד מאד השתדלו

Everything!! the food, service, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The Onsen on the top and bottom floors, the breakfast and dinner is extensive and very delicious!

"An exceptional experience"

We had an exceptional experience and service from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable and there were three onsen – public, guests-only and private. The dinner and breakfast were fantastic and we were well accommodated despite our dietary restrictions. We regret we could only stay for one night as planned during our trip.

A smart TV system would be a great addition, but everything else was impeccable.
