The hotel was courteous and genuine right from confirmation of online booking. Proper communication about check in time was given and also they offered a complimentary check out time till 2 pm as we requested. But the major highlight is "WE GOT UPGRADED TO SUITE ROOM" even though we booked deluxe king room. The suite room was cleaned and well maintained. It had a bath tub making our night memorable. The hotel has a restaurant and I must say their food and service is top notch. We ordered food from the room for the night and also had lunch the next day dining in their restaurant. The taste is top notch. They also have a pool, steam spa services available very close to the suite room. It was an awesome stay for us. The receptionist was very courteous. It is a very decent hotel with very decent guests. I would highly recommend this place.

There was a bit of smoking/alcohol smell on the corridors. We informed the staff and they took care of it.
