Nothing staff was arrogant

The staff was arrogant no service was upto mark , rooms were not that clean

We booked 2 rooms. They handed over the second room after 9pm and we were told they would revise the bill with a discount at checkout because of this. At the time of check out they insisted on entire room rate and claimed they never mentioned discount. What's the point to book and pay for a full day's room tariff when atleast for 1/3 or more they didn't let us use it.

Good Experience

Such a pathetic Hotel that the washroom were not cleaned. There were bad yellow stains in the e WC in the washroom. Immediately clicked the photos to see such an unhygienic toilet seats.

Everything!!!! Hygiene Food quality!!! Well Trained staff!!! Smooth Check-in Housekeeping staff!!!

Need to do proper geo tagging of hotel location

The hotel is newly built and well maintained.

A small hotel with a staff of a 5 star ! I have been to several grade hotels in many cities of the world, but this one matches every 5 star Hotels’ staff. Everyone from guard to reception to in room dining staff went extra mile to fulfill your needs. Specially Trisha on the reception was super helpful. Keep up the good work.

Only problem was the size of the bathroom & pool, rest is worth every penny.
