The room was a great size and was clean

My 2-night stay was a complete failure of service, basic hygiene, and safety standards. This hotel is not fit for human habitation. 1. Severe Water Failure & Sleep Deprivation: • The running water completely stopped on the first night (approx. 10:30 PM). This issue was NEVER properly fixed over two nights. • A severe, loud noise from the water pressure issues made sleep impossible on BOTH nights. • The owner was deceptive, claiming a plumber couldn't enter because I was inside, while evidence (my AC was off) suggests staff had been in the room, but no repairs were performed. • On the second night, the noise persisted, and the owner’s only solution was manually shutting off the main valve, requiring me to turn it on/off just to access water. 2. Egregious Health & Safety Violation (The Core Issue): • When water was needed the next morning, the staff delivered water to my room in an unsanitary, greasy mopping bucket used by the downstairs restaurant. This water was completely unfit for personal hygiene and constituted a serious health risk. I could not use it. 3. Owner’s Failure & Broken Promise: • Due to the lack of running water and the unsanitary replacement, the owner explicitly promised a FULL REFUND. • The hotel has failed to honor this explicit promise. The experience was ruined by a complete lack of basic amenities, severe sleep disruption, owner deception, and a shocking failure of hygiene. Stay away.

Situación y la habitación era grande y estaba muy limpia, tenías una mesa grande, una silla, una mesilla y un colgador/armario.

Tenías que levantarte de la cama para apagar la luz, o por lo menos yo no vi ningún interruptor cerca de la cama

Staff was friendly and check-in easy. Location was close to some restaurants but a 10 to 12m walk brought you to a market and more options. The room was simple but very clean and large. The bed was insanely comfortable. Airco working as expected and was able to sleep well all nights.

No dislikes, wish they had an elevator.

Estaba sucio y había bichos por las paredes. La ducha estaba en el mismo baño por lo que si te duchabas mojabas el wc, y la pila de las manos sin contar con que si te estás duchando, otra persona no puede entrar porque se moja entera…

Für den Preis echt super. Aber der Tisch war staubig... Als wäre seit langer Zeit niemand mehr putzen gegangen... Der Rest war sauber (Bett, Decken und Handtücher) Die Klimaanlage muss man unbedingt anschalten sonst wird es zu warm. Der Check in lief gut. Ich hab im Voraus der Unterkunft geschrieben aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Kurz vor dem Check in habe ich eine automatisierte Nachricht bekommen mit Kontaktdaten. Das hat dann geklappt. Ist sehr zentral gelegen, hab vieles zu Fuss gemacht, alles in allem super gewesen für den Preis.
