Asagama House

We had an amazing stay at Asagama House with our adult kids and their partners. The house is well set up with a beautiful Japanese aesthetic and is close to the snowfields, shops, restaurants and bars. Hope to stay again!

Very clean. Very close to the central village. Had all the amenities.

The third bedroom on the ground floor isn't private. It has 3 beds in an open space next to the kitchen and lounge room. It would be good if they had a privacy curtain to separate the area.

Location - close to everything, hosts were very friendly and helpful, the place was nice and big.

The house was so spacious and warm and clean. We were 2 adults and 5 kids so the location was fantastic for us. They kindly stored all our gear at the shop Olive next to the Hikage lift so each morning we could just stroll up the road and onto the Yu-road conveyer walkway in our comfy shoes, collect our gear and leave shoes and backpack until the end of the day. So easy! Plus there was a small Onsen directly across the road, a convenience store about 100m away and within a stones throw to loads of restaurants and cafes. Hiyo was the most wonderful host- booked restaurants for us, great communication in the lead up to the stay, and all the staff at Olive would give us the warmest welcomes and farewells each day. We absolutely loved our stay here. Thank you!

Simple, bien placé, spacieux, les propriétaires sont très sympas et réactifs. A noter que les propriétaires gèrent aussi l'excellente agence de location de ski "Olive"(attentionnés, matériel neuf,...) en bas des pistes. On peut y aller les yeux fermés !

Si l'on veut être tatillon : les différences de température d'une pièce à l'autre. Pourrait être encore plus dans l'esprit "Ryokan" tant l'appartement s'y prête.
