Very friendly and competent staff. Nice grounds.

Ridiculous doors to bedroom bathroom which provide no privacy and allow direct sight from the bed to the toilet. Truly shocking - noone wants that view. Ants all over the patio and in the rooms

An oasis just off the main Mombasa to Nairobi road. Beautifully kept, wonderful birds and crickets. Enormous swimming pool. Incredibly good value. A gem of a place.

Breakfast was fine, not stellar, but hotel ratings always ask whether everything was stellar - forgetting that some places are cheaper than others. It was very very good value - best place we stayed and mostly about a quarter the cost of other places, and much better facilities. It is a gem of a find. I don't like that we are encouraged to find something wrong - this was almost perfect - and well well beyond what you'd expect for the price.

Great location for a stopover between Nairobi and Mombasa, serene surroundings, lovely terrace for breakfast, and really friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Shower head clogged (kind of thing that should be checked during room cleaning?) , WiFi in the room not working (apparently an ongoing issue), and gaps in the room that allowed crickets big ones at that!) to enter at night (they were gone by morning...).

The hotel was better than we expected. We found the staff to be fantastic, especially the front office team. The environment was quite with nice clear, water ponds where you could fish. Very well maintained. Food was very good too. Will be our go to spot when driving to/from Mombasa.

I liked the friendly staff , upsalling bit buy the attendant (Lucy) quick response from Kioko and the pool . Very user friendly.

You need to have a pool attendant The rooms were not yet cleaned and we had to wait for about three hours before we could check in . You need to have full board packages. Wi_Fi should be inclusive of the packages

It's a pity that the old rooms are in disrepair.
