No comfy chairs to watch TV. There is a bed to use or the kitchen chairs.

Probably could of had a fan avaliable, was very warm in the room, we did have the door open during the night.

Location excellent, within walking distance of a lovely reserve, a good view, and close to both Whakatane town center and Ohope beach.

Would have loved a heat pump to cool things down at night, but not many places have them.

The only fault I have is that there were no chairs except the wooden dining chairs. We would have liked a little more comfort.

I liked the privacy. Also, the size of accommodation was great

No netting or curtain on back window and door

No seating other than the dining room table. Some small changes would be useful such as adding an iron and ironing board, coffee plunger, etc

Nice tidy property. Roomy with all the facilities you'll need for your stay. Property is warm with heating in the living room and bedroom adequately heating the whole unit. Sofa converts into extra bed. Bathroom is roomy and kitchen has a good sized fridge/freezer, microwave and bench top oven/airfryer. There was also a small plug in hotplate. Small area outback with a picnic table and a view. Both living and bedroom have wall mounted flat screens. Good value.

Bed was abit hard, but in fairness still sleep well enough.
