Cuorteous staff, clean & neat rooms, easily accessible, they give complimentary breakfast, 24 hrs hot water,

If someone had smoked cigarettes in another room, we wouldn't have been able to stay in our room.

I stayed for one night and booked two rooms, 107 and 105. There was a major issue in room 105—there was power earthing in the bathroom tap. My wife got an electric shock, so we immediately complained to the staff. Instead of fixing the issue, they assigned us room number 106 in the evening. Later at night, my son also experienced an electric shock in the bathroom of the newly assigned room. I complained to the manager immediately, but instead of understanding my concern, he started arguing with me and suggested changing the room again. Ultimately, I decided to stay in the same room since it was just for one night, and a lot of my time had already been wasted trying to resolve the issue. Even after my complaint, no one took the matter seriously, which is a major concern. I am sharing this feedback so that others don’t have to face the same problem.

Very very basic hotel. Except for one front office staff, rest all were busy with their own personal things. Didn’t feel welcome. There are far better properties with fine rooms and better hospitality in Jaipur for 1/4 the price. Understand that it’s mahakumbh time but still you can’t promote this place for nearly 8k a night
