Outstanding in personal attention from owner Ketan, he recently renovated rooms, modern lightning, new bathrooms, gieser, added a restaurant! Delicious selection of food, served from Mohit and Mono! Khushi, Front office, is adorable professional in all matters, perfect English and behaviour with her colleges Yadaf and Azhan!

Nothing Like That

for that price, even given the rush to mahakumbh, this was quite a disappointing hotel. the price is no way justified. i can get better rooms in jaipur during peak season for less than 2000. only saving grace was that the food was good. i looked for hotels above 5000 per night specifically becuase i wanted to rule out this kind of hotel. not at all my place

the ambience, the rooms, the bathroom, no toiletries, just 1 towel in one room, the other room we had to ask for towels, not sure if my children got the towels the staff were really ordinary. the reception was a disappointment. the gentleman was more interested in his phone calls (not business mind you) the lady was surely courteous and polite. that was saving grace

This exceeded my expectations, the location, the hotel, the staff was exceptional in behaviour and service, from top to bottom everyone was very friendly. The owner mr. Ketan is a sincere man and made sure the guests were comfortable all the time. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
