The hotel is well located in the center of the island to visit both the north and south. You can go to the rnight market even on foot. All the services are close by. The beach is just below the hotel. The hotel seems new or recently renovated. Beautiful sea view from the rooms and from the breakfast room on the ninth floor. The pool area is spacious and clean. Ms Hong and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's a pity there isn't a small gym.

Rooms are spacious. Great breakfast buffet in the Haiti beach hotel. We booked for 3 nights, but only stayed one night. Staff was helpful to help us with the annulation of our booking.

Hotel is under maintenance. Noisy, works all over the place, fire pits to burn the trash. Rooms need some maintenance: Wholes in the wall, broken balcony, airco didn’t work. They need a deep cleaning as well. The neighborhood is abandoned. Restaurants around on the beach are closed, dirty beach, ghost beach.

Booked 2 rooms with pool view. No pool insight. Buffet breakfast, no variety at all. Breakfast was between 6am and 930am. Food was running out by 730am, and staff would not re stock.

The staff (housekeeping, the breakfast buffet people, the receptionists, the gardner ,and the pool person) are exceptionally great, friendly, and polite. Now we come to who run this massive ship, Ms. Lee Hong 🇭🇰 the manager: she is kind, caring, polite, and very professional. She makes every guest feel home away from home. By the way, her manners and smiles are the best way to tell us visitors (guests) welcome to Vietnam. Love ❤️ Vietnam. Really thank you: Tahiti Resort
