The site mentioned free parking, but there was no space behind the building so I had to find a spot on the street. For some reason I had a very difficult time checking in and gaining access to the building. Once inside, I didn’t know which room was mine. One email or message said I was in room 1, which proved to be incorrect. I finally found a message providing the correct room. Once inside the very small room, I realized the traffic noise (directly facing Lyndale Avenue) would prevent me from sleeping. I stayed about an hour and left.

This house is basically a hostel with people living there. There was no parking on the streets so I had to call the owner who informed me to park in a specific spot that you would never find on your own. The door codes are not the same that are submitted to you for check in. Bottom line, if you are looking for a hotel/motel this is not what you're looking for.

Better communication. No correspondence was through my personal email or cell phone; it was only through the Booking.com app. Proper communication about how to find the property, parking, entry etc.

Upgraded my stay due to unforeseen circumstances, and did it with no extra charge. The owner was very nice and helpful in finding the location and parking. The towels were clean, and the other guests were nice.

The location was dirty in the shared bathroom. The bathroom had several rings from products, and walls had stains, and the shower curtain was dirty. Plus my room's closet had a broken door, the TV stand was broken, and there were a few blinds missing throughout the property.

Cleanliness. Mattress on bed was firm. Adequate privacy.

Initial access info requires too much time to validate.

A modest space that was very clean and comfortable with nice touches for a reasonable price.
