Good and clean hotel with excellent facilities

Water pressure in the shower is not the best in the room we had.

In general everything was good there is nothing that I didn’t like but also I can’t judge anything because my stay was short so I can’t really judge

I saw the guest was smoking cigarettes at restaurants during the breakfast time but the stuff member couldn’t stop them , The hotel management shouldn’t allow to smoke at the restaurant or lobe

The location was excellent. Hotel has a nice lobby and the staff is excellent. I was there for a short while so did not try the restaurants but I did notice a well equipped gym.

This was during a busy period of Arbaeen so perhaps unfair, but I felt the cleanliness was not up to the mark I was expecting. However, I categorically state it was not dirty.
