Granada Hotel

The receptionist was very little help To start she was trying to charge me for tween room and give me tween room although I said I have booked single room and I am only one but she endure me she can ot change it I have to go through booking.com to change it and after I went to may room and check me confirmation email I received then I showed her as I person and one single room she said ok I charge you for single bed that was to start. On the check out I give her my visa debit card and American experce none of them wasn't working on her machine then I offered her English pounds no se didn't accept only Iraq dinar or us dollars I said well I haven't go it, she mad me to go out in 12noon in the highest temperature for a mills try to find bank and Chang my money not even had offer a transport to take me socially knew this time of day place were closed, after long jurny and help others hotels I find exchanger and change the currency. Unfortunately that wasn't what I expected from 5 stars hotel apart from receptionist everything was ok

The rooms are super quiet, nice and cold in summer.

The power went out a few times but every time it got fixed in less than 30 seconds. I think a lot of people were using A/C

The breakfast was very good and the food was clean as a start. The seating for the breakfast is all clean and so were the tables. It's in a good location in the hotel and the atmosphere was good. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. What truly sets the Granada Hotel apart is its attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and accommodating all my needs with a smile.

I did notice that the Wi-Fi connection in my room was a bit spotty at times, which made it a bit challenging to get some work done. This was a minor inconvenience, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Despite this small issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I would certainly recommend the Granada Hotel and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Everything except......the restaurant. Very clean.very comfortable......the food quality was poor .some of the staff need to go back to school.

The shower.need to be adjusted to insure no water leakage to the rest of the bathroom
