Quiet, safe & peaceful location.

I had to wait for check-in after giving them my eta and being told they would be there. The shower was not hot.

I arrived and no one was at the venue to receive me. I called the number repeatedly to no avail. I am wanting a full refund, as I needed to make alternative arrangements. Extremely unprofessional.

Nothing much, very disappointed

1. The bed, oh my God 🤦‍♀️ horrible. Even in the rural areas we don’t have such horrible beds. 2. Second day, water was cold. Called the landlady, couldn’t reach her, only for her to deny this and said we might have opened the wrong tap 😡. 3. Netflix never worked. 4. Wifi password never given to us, “she thought” we had it. 5. Toilet lid wobbly. 6. No mat infront of the shower. 7. Doors creaking. 8. No cleaning service- she said her cleaner is weekend off. 9. Only 2 towels the whole weekend. 10. No-one at check-out, had to leave the key inside the room.

I would like the mountain view to pay me back my money as you have canceled my booking without giving me valid reasons so I need my money as soon as possible

We never had any access to WiFi and the Tv couldnt even play netfix with the built in wifi

It was superb

I never stayed there. I rang the bell about 3 times before the food was answered after about 10 minutes. The gentleman who answered had to call someone else. This person had to ring someone else who then informed us there were no accommodation for me. Thabo was nor around or available. He never answered my calls and never came back to me after leaving messages

I was stranded and had nowhere to go
