I booked in this hotel > after that I tried to contact them, the woman said that the room that I booked was actually being occupied and I add to add money for one of upper level I replied that if they play with overbooking or these stuffs is not my problem. All this when was already late in the night and (I didn't know where to go after that booking) many attempts to reach the line and nobody picking up the call

"The property owner should put the right prices for her property."

The property owner changes prices, claiming there's a problem with the prices shown on the app. So they wanted me to add almost 3000 to lodge 2 bedroom on the app and took me to another property but 1 bedroom so I decided to leave
