Near the town New establishment

Prices provided at the booking App were disregarded and we were forced to pay double before checkout due to an error they were aware about but didn't inform us. They then tried to cancel our booking to make it seem like we did not stay there. Dishonesty

host didn't hold up her part of the agreement. Booking was already confirmed for the price she set. She even insulted the guests, they should "use their heads" and think, she wouldn't offer such rooms for such price. she only told at 8pm so that the guests were in danger of finding no place to sleep. The host was intentionally impolite, ended calls abruptly, a very unprofessional und disrespectful woman. wonder why booking.com even let's her on the site.
