Struttura accogliente, pulita e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Facile trovare il parcheggio in strada gratuito. Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi d'interesse.

"Overall very good."

2nd time we visited. Always easy to find keys. Always clean. Highly recomend.

Too small, only for one or two persons. No bedside tables. Neighbor is always complaing and her children dont stop shouting.

This was one of our stops on Sicily roadtrip, we spent 2 nights here while exploring Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa and Modica. The neighbourhood itself is not inviting, narrow streets no trees, but inside the apartment is clean and comfy and new, enough space for family of 5. Parking is just in front and free, kitchen equipped so we can make breakfasts and coffee too. Recommend!

L’appartamento é attrezzato con tutto l’occorrente e ristrutturato recentemente. Si trova in una zona tranquilla di Avola e nessun problema con il parcheggio. Teresa è gentilissima e davvero disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!!

"Unkompliziert und schön"

Check-in war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer (Mansarde) ist schön, sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, wo man aber selbst Waschmittel mitbringen muss. Leider ist die Pumpe, die sich am Dach befindet, sehr laut, sobald das Wasser läuft (auch von der Toilette). Wir waren insgesamt aber sehr zufrieden.

Die Pumpe am Dach ist sehr laut...

Apartament bardzo wygodny, dobrze i nowocześnie wyposażony. Zlokalizowany w niedalekiej odległości od starego miasta. Parking przy ulicy, ale bez problemu można znaleźć miejsce (zimą).

Jedyny chyba minus, to łazienka - pięknie urządzona, ale zimna i ze słabą wentylacją.

Struttura molto accogliente,e ben fornita di tutto il necessario, spazi ampi e una luminosità che rendeva l’ambiente molto caloroso. Vicino al centro ma fuori dal caos, a solo 5 minuti dalla spiaggia.
